let talk about a topic that i wrote there... have u ever feel like, u was treated like a superstar? or actor ? actress? or public figure?? maybe people will googl'in the info about u...or maybe ask someone else in order to get info about u...ermmm followed u where ever u went to...dig for a gossip or rumors related to u...???
hahhahaha...okonly u and ur friends perhaps know the answer...hahahahha...


dear friends, why i choose this to talk about???because, as i posted in my facebook status " im glad that there are still people who really addicted to know about us... and its make us laugh and happy...think outside the box as well...while enhancing the knowledge and gain the experience about the human behavioral reflected to their social relation with others and for sure, the level of maturity...age doesn't promised a high level of maturity..."

we feel like we are superstar...hahahhaha...im happy, my love did too...we are happy coz there still people willing to know about us, what we did where we went to, whom we met...dont know how to describe but well, not everybody in the world feel it...hhahahha...it is actually make us proud...we are just a normal people...normal human being...why people really addicted to know about us...even sometimes, the info that they get, wasnt rite...thus, it is created by the informer...or maybe firestone...but still, they always think it is true...

hahhaha, it just like a drama...good for drama queen, but junkies for us...or maybe the proper word is rubbish...we heard what people talk about others, then suddenly, the situation was twisted...hahah...u should get what i mean if u use ur brain to think outside the box...

outside the box???? what the...related to the topic????ok, explanation needed here...:)...for me, after being connected to the public, variety type of character...i gain a lot of experience about human being...my job required me to deal with customers...which, our students...i have more than 100 student per year...hehehehhe...so sometimes a person that we know was not really him or her...someday they will show the true color...or maybe...the bad person that u met, will be very nice to u...so when u meet somebody, pls think outside the box...predict the pros and cons...beware of everything u did with him or her...what u say...coz, sometimes, u will never see the true color or it...

how about their social life???it is obviously related to what they a now...this is in contact of they way they think and used their brain to make a decision, the way they connected to the public or any kind of people, the relationship, the interaction and everything that will involve more than two people in a situation...or environment... plus, this is one of the method to know, to determine the level of maturity...from the decision they made, the action they took, the situation they control, the interaction they created, this will show their maturity...so age actually mean nothing...yes it mean u older due to numbering, but it doesnt show that u are old enough, matured enough and pro enough...

so guys, learn and live...and i love to say that i am very happy if u read my blog, if u dig my info, if u stalk me and anything related to me...coz, u gain me knowledge, u improve my experience...in dealing with people...the andragogi and pedagogi which i used in my class...how can i communicate, treated this and that kind of people...

busy with preparation...

hey readers and bloggers...assalamualaikum...well for my loyal muslim readers especially...
hurm...i hv alots to share here, all happiness that happened to my for this year especially...(january still on screen)...
ok then, back to the topic...busy with preparation???prepare for what???hahahha...who have the answer for that???of course me, my baby, my fam, his fam and OUR FRIENDS and plus...u guys readers...what else...im getting busy for my wed of course...
we spent most of the time together thinking about the preparation...the main thing to do...done...wedding dress...and of course baju melayu for him too la...we send it to the tailor and made our own wedding dress for me and suit for him....
the glasses that his mother asked to buy also done...give for my side also done...hantaran????everything done...heheheh..cant wait to see the mask and booty on the tray...tq dd coz u bought me my fav color mask...like it...like it...like it...we gonna have a wonderful dive together soon...hheheheheh...
but the title doesnt mean a lot actually...we still went for lepak as well...hahahha...since im work less for this month...more time spend together now...after working,..went for dinner and lepak with our buddies...ah hong is our comment place to go now...hahahha...what we did during weekend???preparation la weh...

our homemade macaroon and they like it...

have u ever heard, eat, make or see macaroon /macarons before???...if dont, let googling it...what it is all about...btw, i dont really know the actual meaning of it...but i know how does its look like and the taste is so sweet and it is very easy to prepare...

ok, im google'in and what i found is...

ok that is the definition...and before knowing the meaning of the word, eventhough i am a cooking baking lecturer...hahahha...my friend and i planned to prepare the macaroon coz we dont have a class since it was semester break...(it happened last oct last year...)...then, the next day, we bought the simple ingredients to prepare it...

it just a white egg, castor sugar, icing sugar, grounded almond...and peanut butter as the filling...

and the utensil that we need is : mixing bowl, wooden spoon, silicon mat, tray, pipping bag, nozzle, needle and anything basic utensil for baking...

ok let proceed to the method of cooking:

1. beat castor sugar and  egg white until the texture become harder and the mixture become stiff...just like this...using a high speed...ok???

 2. put aside the 1st mixture then, sieve castor sugar and almond properly...

3. using wooden spoon, add slowly the dry ingredient into the mixture and mixed it well.

then the mixture and add color...the color???depend on u...u can choose any color u want... then put the colored mixture into piping beg with nozzle or not, both can be used then pipe in into silicon mat...

ok...what would u do with the needle???u need it coz ull poke all the air bubble at ur unbake macaroon...after u pipe it, rest it for at least one hour to create the shell...after one hour, it is ready to bake at temperature around 120-140'c for about 20-40 minute depend on the size... after u bake it, u can pipe the filling in between two piece of macaroon shell then combine it...just like a burger...

here we are...our home made macaroon....

i packed few pieces of it and gave to my bb and friends and seem like they really like it...so anyone interested to try my macaroon, let me know...hehehhe...

shock vacation to Cameron highland on 1 jan 2012

hello readers..well, where did u went to and how u celebrate ur new year eve ??? while people celebrating new year every where over the world, im just stay at home coz im suffering of PMS... so the next day, we decide to go to cameron highland...as he promised me few week before...we plan to go there with our friend, jahn and ina...unfortunately, they couldnt make it...so just me and acom...we drove from kl around 3 pm and arrived there around 5.30...

but when islander visit the hill, or highland...they just like have no idea what to do...that what happened to us...so we both decide to have a tea and then we went to their night market...we bought flowers, strawberries fresh and dried and he wanted to eat mushroom fritters...after spending 2 hour on top, then we both agree to going back home... even thought it just a simple shock vacation, but we always enjoyed every single minute that we have together...

to you my baby, thanks for the great simple moment with me...1234...

2nd stage of us...may allah s.w.t bless us...

assalamualaikum...to all readers... ok this is my 2nd post for this year...i am very happy to have all people around me...i will not write too much here...but just wanna to share my best day which our 2nd stage or relationship...thank to my love khuzairi noordin and families coz willing to travel from terengganu to kedah for this special occasion. and to my mom and dad, thanks alot for the best hospitality given to everyone who come to our occasion. to all my friends, buddies, students and everyone who wish us...

                           

hope allah will bless our relation and give the best for us...until jannah..amin...

goodbye 2011, welcome 2012...

hello dearest reader..im dont think im too late to wish happy new year to you guys...well, im kinda busy from dec last year..lot of thing to be done,my job, my hobby, and of course my life...

ok let talk about new year, new resolutions and new chapter of life...well, do you facing or experience a good 365 days of 2011??? i dont think that there are people having their 365 days with joys everyday...we have our ups and downs moment, even just a day...btw, my 2011 fulled of joys and even tear...last year, i made my resolutions which is: i wanna be happy, i wanna have my diving license, i wanna travel and meet new friends and i wanna be better from my previous...
and till end of 2011, what i found is, the mission accomplished, but not all of it...i wanna be happy, yes i did, but i just couldnt be happy all the time...the year of 2011 begin after im facing a worse moment ever in my life...then im started to gain to be strong from what i had to face along 2010...and what happened is, i made it...im started the year with full of joys...im let myself to enjoy every moment that i had with my fam, my friend, my students and of course all people around me... i was plan a few vacation early of jan 2011...the first place that i went to is kapas island...it is not really vacation coz i had to monitor a group of 60 students there...however, im still had the opportunity to enjoy the times there...a week after, i went to melacca, and i had to monitor the group of students too...i dont really like being there coz my interest more towards island and beaches... but i had to coz it is a part of my work...

then the next following month, im really had my own personal vacation...this time, no more students but only best buddies and partner...well, one of the amazing place for me, which is PHI PHI ISLAND...its thailand dude...first time being there, i was excited coz it is very beautiful island, smooth sandy beach, blue and greenish ocean, full beautiful scenery, and the people, they was so cool...friendly and they are very nice people...after having my bad sunburned in thailand, im continued for the next vacation to sabah...and still, island and beach was included in my schedule... i went to manukan island, mamutik island, sapi island and i wonderful to meet a new guy that being our travel guide, james...he guided us for island hoping, a whole day snorkeling, a good seafood place and lepak'in with us...we also did water rafting guided by also a nice a group of rafting trainer, the spiderman and friends...

on june2011, the life of diver begin for me and my smurf...during his birthday, it was wonderful to had a trip to perhentian island...it was a present for him...and that was the time for us where we met our new friend, nicole, a friendly local Chinese lady, luke a dutch man who really interest toward nature and a man from Switzerland, alex...the next following week, we went to terengganu again for my friend wedding...and dont be surprise coz the week after, we back to perhentian again...for open water diving course...we both did it together with ayie...and that was the time when i met lot of new friends...collecting friends from the island...hahhaha...we met the dive shop staff, for sure our instructor, abg nafie trigger, andy, abg nuar, abg din the bos at seahorse dive center, biq, pok cik, and lot more there...credit to jahn kombatan who bring me there...us actually... and the memorable time for me was, when i met this JMS...JANE MY SISTER...a german lady who really nice to me...since that moment, we went back to perhentian almost every weekend...

after lot of trip to perhentian, we spent some more $$ for watching my favorite epl football team friendly match in malaysia...arsenal live in malaysia...and again, it was wonderful time for me...hahhaha...after football match, the next following week continued with trip to.....perhentian again...we addicted to diving...really...thay what i always heard from other divers...they said when we started it, it just like a drug for us...im agreed with it....coz it happened to us...hahahhaha...this trip was before ramandhan...and we take a break for a month, then rite after raya...on the 3rd day of eid, we back to perhentian again...hahhahaha...it was like a crazy couple...until some of local people who work in the kuala besut jetty can recognize us...hahhaha...

after back from perhentian, for month of October, medan was the location for us...not really good but at least, i have another trip for that month...just trying to change the mood of holiday...we commonly plan for island trip, but now, i hv  to change it...with abah n mak too...just for shopping, we went to buy some textile, for my wedding dress too...the price was quite cheap compared to malaysia...end of oct, we back again to perhentian...coz my JMS was coming from germany...i have to meet her...even a while...

month of november...no more trip...i had to work out station for about  3 weeks...and i am so damn busy for all preparation for my special day...im very tired coz the edu course took so long to be done...and most important thing is, it is so damn bored...hahahah...then meet again december as every year past...and i keep on counting the day...but, i am so damn happy when the first time i met his fam, it was awesome...hahhaha...a very happy family...the 2nd step of our journey was just around the corner...and on 23rd, i drove along from sabak bernam back to kedah...with a smiling face all the time...hahahaha...the the history begin...on 24th of december...it was the best thing happened to me on year 2011...i am so damn happy yo...hahahhaha....thanks to ALLAH S.W.T for giving me such a wonderful moment...may god bless us...amin...

just left few days before 2012 coming...and on 30th dec, we went to the airport,just to meet my lovely JMS before she fly to langkawi for vacation...we both miss her and so do she...we cant follow her due to some work that need to be done...and that was the ending for year 2011 for me...good bye 2011...thanks god for giving me a chance to have my good and bad time...a new chapter begin...a new phase should be face...im pray to ALLAH S.W.T, please give me strength to face any circumstance that may happened to me and my fam or friends...may all of us will improve ourselves to be better...
